Phases Of Growth
Colpkin Cares is building programs intentionally and responsibly. Rather than expanding too quickly, the organization focuses on developing programs in stages that allow for learning, partnership building, and sustainable growth.
Phase 1 - Pilot Program
Status: Completed
The Sky Fox Studio Project served as the pilot program that ultimately led to the creation of Colpkin Cares. Through pilot programs, events, and community partnerships, we were able to demonstrate that student passions can become pathways to education, careers, and community engagement.

What We Learned
Students Need Community
Students are more likely to stay engaged when they feel connected to a team, group, or shared mission. The relationships built through the pilot program became just as valuable as the activities themselves.
Passion Drives Learning
Students often joined because of an interest in gaming, technology, or media, but many discovered new interests in STEM, leadership, and career development along the way.
Esports Creates Opportunities
The pilot program demonstrated that esports can be a pathway to scholarships, college opportunities, teamwork, and professional growth.
Mentorship Matters
Access to coaches, educators, and community leaders helped students gain confidence, develop new skills, and explore future possibilities.
Partnerships Expand Impact
Working with schools, colleges, businesses, and community organizations allowed the program to reach more students and create stronger outcomes.
Students Want Pathways
Students are looking for more than activities—they want opportunities that connect their interests to education, careers, and their future.
Phase 2 - Community Partnership Programs
Status: In Progress
The second phase focuses on expanding access by working with schools, community organizations, and local partners who want to start or grow programs of their own.
Rather than building programs in isolation, Colpkin Cares collaborates with partners to help launch and support initiatives.

Phase 3 - Regional Program Infrastructure
Status: Planning and Preperation
The third phase focuses on developing the infrastructure needed to support larger scale programming and regional collaboration.
This phase includes establishing dedicated learning environments that support esports, STEAM education, media production, and technical learning. Facilities developed during this phase would be designed to support:
- Esports programs and events
Robotics and engineering clubs
Drone technology programs
Coding and software development
Media and digital production
Basic entrepreneurship and innovation projects
The goal is to create a regional hub where students, schools, and community partners can collaborate, compete, and develop real world skills.
Phase 4 - National & International Sized Infrastructure & Programming
Status: Long Term
The fourth phase represents the long term vision of Colpkin Cares.
This phase includes the development of world class facilities capable of hosting large scale competitions, national events, and international programming opportunities, including future Olympic aligned esports competitions.
These facilities would support high level training environments, broadcast ready competition spaces, and collaborative innovation programs that connect students with global opportunities.
Looking Ahead
Colpkin Cares believes meaningful impact comes from steady progress and strong partnerships. Each phase builds upon the lessons of the previous one, ensuring programs grow in a way that remains sustainable, responsible, and aligned with student needs.
The long term goal is simple: create pathways where students can learn, compete, create, and build futures connected to the industries shaping tomorrow.
